Air Plant Design Studio accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Shop Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, and Meta Pay. We do not accept cash, personal checks, purchase orders, or other forms of post-payment with terms. 

Orders generally arrive within 3 to 5 business days after the order is placed. We normally ship orders the same or next business day once payment is received. Air Plant Design Studio is not responsible for any delays that may be caused by the shipping carrier.  Once the item has been shipped, it is out of our control.

Anyone can order from our wholesale listings as long as the minimum requirement quantity is met for each plant or listing. No business license or tax ID is required. If you are a Florida reseller, please create an account and email customer service so we can make sure your orders are tax-exempt.

We carefully package our air plants to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. They are hand-picked to order, wrapped in tissue paper, and secured in the package to prevent movement during transit. If your air plants arrive looking a little flat or squished, they should perk up after the initial watering and a day to adjust.

If you have a specific preference or request regarding your air plants, please use the "ADD ORDER NOTE" section on your cart at checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your request!

Please remember that air plants are unique living plants that may vary slightly from the pictures on this website. 

We offer a 30-day one-time replacement guarantee. If you believe there is an issue with your air plants, please email us at info@airplantdesignstudio.com immediately so we can help diagnose the problem and troubleshoot the solution. Please include your order number, clear photos, and a description of what the issue is. Any information about where you keep the plants and your care routine is very helpful!

Most air plants are natives to tropical regions in Mexico, South America, and Central America. Some plants, are even found growing wild here in Florida and other areas of the Southern United States. 

All of our air plants are sustainably farmed by certified suppliers and are never picked or poached from the wild.

We guarantee the air plants for 30 days after delivery. If your plants decline or die within this time frame, we will replace them at no cost to you. Just send us an email with a picture and description of the plant.

A healthy air plant will typically have green leaves that are firmly intact to the base. Most Tillandsia are unique and some colors, textures, and characteristics will vary among species. It is not uncommon for the air plant to have a broken leaf or two after shipping, and it may lose a bottom leaf or two while acclimating to its new environment. If your air plant has a dry or brown base, please refer to our blog to check if this is normal for the species.

Standard Shipping is with U.S. Postal Service Ground Advantage and Priority Mail which generally takes 2-5 business days for delivery. Some bulk hard goods will be shipped with Fed Ex or UPS Ground and can take 5 or more business days to arrive.

Yes! We ship all over the US throughout all times of the year. Please be sure to have the plants delivered where they can be brought inside upon arrival. Freezing and exceptionally hot temperatures can be hard on the plants but they are always covered by our Air Plant Guarantee.

Due to restrictions on live plants, we can only ship to the 50 United States and Puerto Rico.

Shipping is free for orders over $30. Otherwise, we charge a $7.95 standard shipping fee.

We offer 2-day shipping for a $30 flat rate.This is for plant shipments only (no hard good materials: Wood, Cork, Terrariums, Ceramic, Terrarium fillers or holders). Our express service partners (Fed Ex and UPS) do not deliver or operate on Saturdays or Sundays therefore only orders placed Monday through Wednesday before 2 PM Eastern time will arrive in two days. USPS delivers mail on Saturdays (and occasionally Sundays). Keep this in mind when timing an order and considering the use of our express service. If your shipment is time-sensitive, please contact customer service at info@airplantdesignstudio.com to ensure your order will arrive in time.

We strongly discourage returns. Too much time in shipment can be hard on the plants. If there is an issue with your order, please email customer service to discuss our replacement guarantee. Air plant vessels and non-living items may be returned for a refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not exchange air plants. Please look over air plant sizes and descriptions before ordering and email customer service if you are unsure about an item.

Please email info@airplantdesignstudio.com with any air plant concerns. We offer a replacement guarantee at no cost to the customer. We will either replace the dead or damaged item or issue a refund for it. We do not replace or refund orders that were shipped to an incorrect address. Buyer's remorse does not qualify for a replacement, refund, or return.
